When passengers boarded a SpiceJet flight from the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi on Wednesday, they had no idea what was in store for them. Right before take-off, the SpiceJet crew burst into a dance sequence while the aircraft was still on the ground. Grooving to 'Balam Pichkari' from the Bollywood movie Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, the crew entertained the passengers, who were pleasantly surprised and seemed cheerful.
Here's the full video of their in-flight pre-holi celebrations: Last month, the aviation regulator had denied the airline's request to host a similar 'cultural' program on some of their flights during March 24, reports Times of India. On February 5, Jet Airways suspended five cabin crew members after singer Sonu Nigam was allowed to sing Bollywood numbers using the in-flight public address system on a chartered flight with the action being slammed by him as "Real Intolerance".
