1. This 18 years old Girl from Jharkhand who married a Dog

This 18 years old girl from a village in Jharkhand had to walk down the aise with a stray dog that her father had found – in order to pass the curse from her to the animal. The dog named Sheru had even had to arrive in his own chauffer driven car, albeit he wasn’t completely aware of what actually is going on (Source).

Bimbala Das, who claimed to have fallen in love with a Cobra as per a hindu ritual in the Atala Village of Orissa. The marriage was celebrated by 2000 guests who welcomed the idea of her marrying a reptile with a belief that the marriage would bring good fortune. (Source)
