A person who makes plans with a person/group but flops last minute; pulls a no-show or a word that you would use to refer to your friend. “Let’s plan something.†are their favourite words. Their excitement level is maximum when it comes to planning and they’re the first ones to back out because #ditcher. It’s a struggle making plans with them, and its a bigger struggle to not get pissed at them when they do this:
