The one thing Indian parents want from their kids (apart from scoring 98% throughout their lives, and always getting more marks than their neighbour’s kid) is to see them married. It’s not easy being a single woman in India, especially when she’s career minded and past the age of 24. And if you fit this description, you’d agree:
“Are you married?†“Do you have a boyfriend?†“Are your parents looking for someone?†STOP.
