Believe it or not, your entire academic career doesn’t really tell you much about yourself. It tells you only if you are good (or not) at school, which is fine if you want to spend the entire life in academia. But, it would have been far better if it could indicate whether or not are we going to be successful in making money or managing our failed relationships – if that matters.
