A photographer, photo archivist & a book designer, Anusha Yadav wears many a hats with great élan. An alumnus in Communication Design from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad (1997), she was a happy & content graphic designer for 16 years. Until, she decided to pursue her passion for photography & started off as an independent photographer. In 2010 she founded 'Indian Memory Project', an online visual & narrative based archive to trace personal history of the Indian Subcontinent through images found in family and personal archives. On May 16, 2013 Anusha and Indian Memory Project were awarded 'Honorary mention' at the Prix Ars Electronica 2013 awards, an international award for excellence in Cyber Arts & online Media. On March 19, 2013 Anusha and Indian Memory Project were awarded the L'oreal Paris Femina Women Achievers' Awardin the Online Influencer category. Watch Anusha talk about her phenomenal journey.
