The shocking state of affairs came to light after ITHM found serious mistakes during evaluation of answer sheets of BA English, History and Economics Shyam Bahadur works as an associate professor in English at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, while Anil Kumar Pal is an associate professor in Economics, employed at Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur. The surprising part is that both of them have been teaching for more than a decade and have valid degrees.
