Babies are God's best gifts and Kim Tucci got five times lucky! The Australian mother - who gave birth to quintuplets in January - recently shared a heartwarming photoshoot and it's breathtaking! The photoshoot has already been hailed as 'amazing' and 'beautiful' by people everywhere. More so because it's definitely one-of-a-kind.

The 26-year-old mom conceived her babies naturally and had a great team of 50 doctors and nurses to see her through her planned cesarean. Kim birthed four daughters and one son, all of whom were born healthy.

The chance of having quintuplets is one in 55 million. Kim's pregnancy garnered a lot of interest online after she started the Surprised by Five series on Facebook. Here, Kim shared her experiences on conceiving five babies, a moving account that earned her 150,000 followers.

And now the new mom has shared pictures from her maternity photoshoot by Erin Elizabeth Photography. Kim wrote, "50 fingers 50 toes, 6 hearts beating at once. My body fought the toughest of battles to get five babies here safely".

Kim was originally offered to save only two of her five kids as her pregnancy posed serious health problems to both her and her kids. While speaking to 60 Minutes, Kim said, "No-one thought I could do it, and I did, I showed everyone in my life."

The Tucci family already have a nine-year-old daughter and two sons aged four and two. They are now crowdfunding a campaign to raise money to afford a van for their family.
