Wanting to experience the excitement of a college acceptance letter for herself, 20-year-old Rachel Grace worked tirelessly to send out college applications that highlighted her many strengths. After graduating from high school, Rachel applied to four colleges, but one stood out to the determined young woman and her parents — East Stroudsburg University.
