With the Kollam Temple tragedy that struck at midnight, it was the Indian Navy, Coast Guard and Air Force that were called in to mount a relief operations. With hundreds dead and many more injured it was a race against the clock as the armed forces yet again proved to be the saviour. Here's how the brave men and women of the Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard did it. Indian Navy used it's workhorse Dornier aircraft to rush aid to the survivors.
