In US, A 6-Year-Old Accidentally Shoots 3-Year-Old Brother While Playing ‘Cops And Robbers’

Cops and robbers or chor police as we know it in India, is an innocent childhood game popular among friends and siblings across the globe. But when parents tend to leave loaded weapons around the house, this game can get serious.

Recently, an 11-year-old shot an eight-year-old girl in his neighbourhood for not letting him see her puppy, another similar incident raises serious concerns about America's gun culture. A six-year-old boy accidentally shot his three-year-old brother in the head while playing cops and robbers.

While the grandfather told CLTV that, "he was a beautiful kid. It's real crazy," the father Micheal Santiago was booked for child endangerment, and is being held on a $75000 bond.

The name of the 6-year-old has not been revealed, as Santiago claimed that he had purchased the weapon for protection from members of a gang called Spanish Cobras, which he was previously associated with. He showed the gun to his son saying it was only for adults.
