Rahul Dravid's son Samit is making waves at junior club cricket after he scored a match-winning century at the Loyala cricket grounds, during an U-14 school/club tournament in Bengaluru.
He hit a quick 125 which helped his team Bangalore United defeat Frank Anthony Public School by 246 runs in the fifth edition of the Tiger Cup.
Samit and Pratyush G put on a partnership of 213 in the 30-over match to post 326. Their opponents were bundled out for 80.
Samit, who won the 'best batsmen' award in the U-12 Gopalan cricket Challenge last year, has been in great form. Playing for his school, Mallya Aditi International, he scored three fifties. All three scores came in match-winning causes, including an unbeaten 77 in the final.
