15-year-old Rambo is no ordinary alligator. He is a pet and he wears clothes! But that's far from it - he rides a motorcycle with his owner and is a famous local celebrity. His owner, Mary Thorn, has petted him for 11 years, due to which he is now 6-feet long and will now have to leave his beloved owner’s home.

According to the law, Rambo will now have to live in 2.5 acres of land and not in captivity. However, owner Mary Thorn doesn’t want to leave Rambo in a sanctuary with other alligators because she thinks they will eat him up. Rambo is sensitive to light and therefore, he stays mostly indoors.

Rambo is also kid- friendly and Mary takes him to schools to educate kids about reptiles. Mary says when he is around kids, he shuts his mouth very tight. Mary is still waiting for lawmakers to change their minds as she can’t live without her pet. She is desperately hoping that she might get special permission to keep Rambo with her.

Mary, who lost her son in an accident, hopes she doesn’t lose her alligator, whom she calls her best friend.
