I am not afraid to admit that I have had my fair share of crappy dates in the past. It’s a prerequisite to good dates. When you’re single and playing the field it’s basically guaranteed that you’ll experience quite a few shoddy social meetings before you find the person of your dreams. The kind of rendezvous I’m referring to often involves a lot of awkward conversations, but they make a good story. It turns out that there is a modern-day hero out there who is determined to ensure that all his dates have a cracking time in his company – and he has come up with a pretty unconventional way of dong this.

According to the r/LosAngeles subreddit, there’s a resident over on the west coast who has been spotted cruising down Sawtelle Boulevard, with his companion by his side, in a motorised papas lounge chair.
