Now, it seems the PM Modi's idea of using social media tools has worked out really well as he has been ranked number 1 (most engaging politician) on Twitter, according to a TOI report. The PM achieved the rare feat in the Times Twitter Impact List (TTIL). The list determines how much impact a personality has on their followers on an ongoing basis. According to the list, PM Narendra Modi is at number 1, followed by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy. Arvind Kejriwal has been ranked number 3 in the list. The list, jointly announced by The Times of India and Twitter, features most impactful personalities on the platform, across different walks of life.
