The world renowned sand artist made a five-foot tall sand art dedicated to Kalam, with the help of his students. World renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik paid a humble tribute to the former president of India, Late APJ Abdul Kalam, on the eve of his 84th birthday. As reported by IANS, the Kalam sand sculpture, which stands at a height of five feet, was created at the Puri beach of Odisha on October 14. Made with approximately four tons of sand, the sculpture has the message "Tribute to Dr. Abdul Kalam, 84th Birth Anniversary" inscribed on it.
