A Scottish Brewer Has Invented The World’s First Beer Marmalade And It Will Make Your Day

Beer lovers, you have my attention. How many of you have thought to start your day with a can of beer and then brushed that thought aside? A Scottish brewer, Innis & Gunn, has invented the world’s first beer marmalade. That’s right, you can now spread your beer on your toast, every morning. The company has created ‘Marm & Ale’, the world’s first ever beer marmalade. It was invented to mark the launch of The Beer Kitchen in Dundee. It uses the company’s trademark beer percolator, that combines beer with a wide variety of flavors.

As of now, the beer marmalade is available for free trials, but for a limited time.

Dougal Sharp, the founder of Innis & Gunn, said this:

“Launching in this great city has provided us with an opportunity to do what we do best: push the boundaries of what’s possible with beer through innovation and experimentation. That’s why we’ve been hard at work brewing a marmalade IPA and even creating spreadable beer for adventurous foodies. We’re proud to be setting up shop in such an innovative and vibrant city, we can’t wait to share our passion for great beer with Dundonians.”
