I don't know if it ever happens to you, but every time I finish a bottle of water, I feel guilty about adding to the pile of plastic bottles polluting the world. The recent initiative by Bisleri has served to allay my guilt, and deserves a round of applause. So, here's what happened. As a part of their CSR activity, Bisleri extended their support to Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan by encouraging school students to recycle used plastic bottles. On October 4th, 2015, they set out to collect plastic bottles with the help of 105 schools and over 2 lakh students. As a part of the initiative, Bisleri also conducted workshops with students educating them about the environmental benefits of recycling plastic.
