One of the biggest wishes of every SRK and Imtiaz Ali’s fan was to see them collaborate for a film and at last, it is finally happening. Some reports claimed that Shah Rukh Khan would play a Punjabi guide in the film. If reports are to be believed, SRK’s role in the film has drawn a heavy inspiration from Dev Anand’s classic role in the film Guide. While there were only rumors that SRK will star in Imtiaz Ali’s next, the reports were soon confirmed.

A close source told the media that, “Shah Rukh plays a tourist guide. Like Devsaab in Vijay Anand’s film, there are many twists and turns in the Shah Rukh’s character graph. He has a moral epiphany that changes his life and that of others he encounters.”

Well if this is true, there is no reason why we shouldn’t be excited for this one!
