He is been discharged from the hospital where he was being treated for the injuries suffered by him on Wednesday night during an exhibition wrestling event. Khali, whose real name is Dalip Singh Rana, suffered concussion and head injuries which the doctors later deemed as not serious.
The below video of the former WWE superstar went viral that showed him getting badly hurt during a fight in the wrestling show dubbed as the 'The Great Khali Returns' in Uttarakhand's town of Haldwani. The fight spectacle was witnessed by around 18,000 people as it showcased wrestlers from all over the world showing off their talent.
Now, Khali has only revenge on his mind as he promises to give it back to his attackers even as the doctors have advised him against taking the ring on Sunday, February 28 when he is next scheduled to fight in Dehradun. "It will be blood for blood and chair for chair," said Khali after being discharged from the hospital. "There is a fire burning inside me and I am embarrassed that I let my fans down in Haldwani," Khali said in a statement.
