In the build up to what is arguably cricket's fiercest rivalry, India is being considered favourites to win the battle, thanks to their excellent form running into the tournament and Pakistan's relative inexperience line up. India beat Pakistan 3-0 via bowl-out in 2007

After the match was tied with both sides scoring 141 in the inaugural World T20, the match proceeded to a bowl-out. Each team had five bowlers to hit the stumps. India won inside three tries as Pakistan failed to find the target. The 3-0 scoreline ensured a victory for Mahendra Singh Dhoni's men.

It was the dream final even for the neutrals - India vs Pakistan for the right to be crowned the first ever World T20 champions. Chasing 158, the match swung both ways as Misbah-ul-Haq took Pakistan to the brink. Then on the cusp of glory, a false shot saw the caught by Sreesanth and India had once again triumphed over the arch-rivals in a high-pressure game.
