That's why journalist Greg Foot recently had a biopsy of his leg muscle done and took it to an analyst. The analyst then determined what human flesh would taste like as compared to the protein-packed cuts we love. From there, Foot whipped up his own meaty concoction to create a flavor that was decidedly human.
