Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC) chief Pahlaj Nihalani has sparked off a new controversy after cutting 89 scenes from Shahid Kapoor's upcoming film Udta Punjab, which the makers of the movie are not agreeing to. While most people from across the country don't agree with the Censor Board's decision, and top filmmakers from Bollywood attended a press conference to support the film, two Gujjar guys, Dalveer and Satbeer, from Nazar Battu Productions have decided to respond to the controversy.
