After a lot of speculation and guesswork, the confirmed date of Baahubali 2 is finally here!... The release of the SS Rajamouli epic has been delayed. Here is a very exciting news about the second installment of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus, Baahubali. It has finally been confirmed that Baahubali 2 or Baahubali: The Conclusion as it is called will release on April 14, 2017. The day is extra special because it happens to be a good Friday and so it will become a three day weekend. Here is the tweet confirming the good news…

Although it is nice to hear that the highly anticipated movie has got a release date, the fans will surely be disappointed seeing that they will have to wait for more than an year to see the great fantasy saga on screen. Baahubali has certainly become one of the biggest films this country has ever seen. This SS Rajamouli directorial earned the respect of not just the Telugu film industry, but of filmmakers across the entire nation. The Prabhas starrer is even gaining international recognition as it is planning to release in China, Germany and many other countries. The amazing VFX, grand sets, larger than life characters and epic action sequences made the first part a great success. Now the sequel promises to be even bigger and better, so the unbelievable hype is expected. However, it is a bit of a blow to many people because there were talks that we would get to see Baahubali 2 by the end of the year and a clash between Aamir Khan’s Dangal and this movie was expected.
