Yogeshwar Dutt added to India's hopes for a medal at Rio when he earned a spot for the big event. He sealed an Olympic berth for India after making the final round of the men's 65kg freestyle event at the Asian Olympic Qualification tournament.

He is the second Indian wrestler after Narsingh Yadav to book a berth for the Rio Games.

The 33-year-old qualified by virtue of reaching the final. The top two finishers in each weight category here are assured of an Olympic slot.
