Your own Esteem Regarding The apple company Will go Up Right after Reading this article Wide open Mail By simply The CEO.

The USA is facing a pivotal moment regarding the privacy issue of iPhone. Apple has gone into a major tussle with the FBI. After the San Bernardino shooting last December, the federal agencies have not been able to unlock the shooter, Syed Rizwan Farook’s phone: iPhone 5c. Therefore, the California Court has ordered Apple to aid the FBI in hacking into his iPhone. The FBI has been unsuccessful in cracking Rizwan Farook’s passcode. “We still have one of those killers’ phones that we haven’t been able to open. It has been two months and we are still working on it,” said one of the FBI officers. After unsuccessful 10 attempts, the phone gets locked and erases all the data, which if needed, can be accessible only through Apple’s web service. For this purpose, the FBI is asking Apple to create a unique Operating System (OS), which will help them access the data in Farook’s phone.

Apple is completely against this move, as it could threaten the security of its customers and has potentially dangerous repercussions. And Apple has responded by penning an open letter to its customers. The letter was published on their website.

The letter outlines the following:

1. It highlights the need for encryption, which protects the customers data. “For many years, we have used encryption to protect our customers’ personal data because we believe it’s the only way to keep their information safe”.

2. Rather than exhorting Apple to help unlock the shooter’s phone, the FBI wants Apple to develop a way to “bruteforce” the password by creating a unique Operating System.

3. This operating system has the power to unlock any iPhone if it’s in physical possession and access its data, which is terrible news.

4. Why? Because it’s not only limited to Farook’s phone. It’s like a master key that can unlock any phone or bank account and can be used by any sophisticated hackers, cyber criminals and hostile government.

5. In fact, it’s not only these organisations, but there might be a possibility that FBI itself exploits this ‘power’.

6. It exposes its customers to a greater risk of attack.

The FBI is invoking “ALL WRITS ACT OF 1789”, that compels the Apple company to comply.
This act authorizes the USA government to “issue all writs necessary or appropriate in the aid of their respective jurisdictions and agreeable to the usage and principles of the law”.

Apple is helping the FBI now, but in a legal way and in what could be termed as a “good spirit”.

Being an Apple customer, I’m elated that Apple is standing up to the FBI. Because weakening encryption and ‘backdoors’ will not help anyone. I strongly support Apple’s stand.
