Indian Squash Players Win 3 Awards At The World Championship In Australia. We Are So Proud!


While we are all recovering from the P V Sindhu hangover, squash players in Australia are making us proud too. Squash is currently not an Olympic sport, and hence the WSF World International Doubles were concurrently held in Darwin, Australia. India won a historic 3 medals at the event – the first time in the history of the championships. That means it was the best performance by Indians at this event The pair of Saurav Ghosal and Dipika Pallikal won a silver medal in the mixed doubles category They narrowly missed out on a Gold medal, losing to the New Zealand pair of Paul Coll and Joelle King 8-11, 8-11.
