Losing a pet is never easy. Whether you love an exotic breed or pour your heart out on the stray outside, losing a four-legged friend is one of the toughest things to go through. Namdarpura, a village in Madhya Pradesh, recently lost their pet, Kalu. For 27 years, the dog was their friend, and to see him leave the world was hard to watch. But since they truly loved Kalu, the good-hearted humans decided to give a proper funeral to their childhood friend. Kalu was just like family for these villagers. It is, therefore, more heartwarming to see how they decorated the jeep that carried Kalu's resting body with flowers and even laid a wreath around their departing pet. The procession was attended by neighbouring villages as well. A band party was also present to give Kalu the best farewell possible.
