Ten year old Sadiq became the country's youngest police commissioner for a day after Hyderabad Police Commissioner Mahender Reddy decided to make his wish of wearing the khaki uniform come true. The terminally ill Telangana boy wanted to become a policeman when he grew up. But unfortunately the onset of cancer changed the direction of Sadiq's life. He may never grow up but NGO "Make a Wish Foundation" and the Hyderabad Police Commissioner made sure that his dream came true, at least for a day.

"I want to catch rowdies," said Sadiq, who was saluted by Reddy and other officers.

Sadiq received a guard of honor at the police station, and was escorted by his fellow officers. He then took charge by signing a file!
