In a clear act of irresponsibility and incompetency, a cop in Uttar Pradesh, who has been identified as Rajesh Kumar Pandey was found lying drunk and unable to move on the road. He was so drunk that not only was he not able to move or stand up, with stray dogs licking his face. He even asked for Akhilesh Yadav’s help.
