With Odd-Even making a comeback, we thought this is a good time to do a recap of some of the learnings from last Jan that you can use to make your commute in Delhi hassle free. Give your dad's old scooter a makeover. Get it oiled and cleaned. Add a fresh coat of paint and get it street ready!
