BJP MP Wishes Ban Upon ‘Anti-National’ Fevikwik Advertisement Along with India-Pakistan Friendship Message.

Amid increasing row over India's ban culture, BJP MP from Ujjain, Chintamani Malviya incited another controversy in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday as he demanded ban on a Fevikwik advertisement featuring two soldiers from India and Pakistan at the Wagah border. The MP has termed the ad as anti-national and an insult for the soldiers of the country, according to The Times of India. Malviya has also demanded criminal action against the director, scriptwriter and the company for such anti-national activities. "I request the government that the creator, writer and director of this ad be tried for treason," Malviya told TOI. The tagline of this advertisement is 'Todo nahi, jodo', aimed at the strained relationship India shares with neighbouring Pakistan. Watch the Pidilite advertisement here:
