Buckling under pressure of the local state government not providing adequate security for the players and fans coming in to Dharamsala, the ICC has just decided to shift the venue to Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The date of course remains the same - March 19.
The ICC CEO Dave Richardson announced the sudden change in venue during a press conference in New Delhi today.
