It seems another Paris and Brussels like bombing attack has been thwarted. French authorities have now arrested a man said to be in 'advanced stages' of plotting an attack in the French capital. The man was arrested from the outskirts of Paris with bomb squad preset to deal with explosives.

According the French Interior Minister, the man had been under the lens for several months. He also said that currently there are no links between the earlier attacks in Paris and the recent attacks in Brussels.

The French authorities have arrested 75 and jailed 28 suspects this year.
