Apple Inc Chief Executive Tim Cook launched Apple Watch, its first new product in five years, at a live event in San Francisco on Monday. The smart watch will be available in three versions with the high-end version priced at $10,000 and available in stores from April 24, 2015.
Customers and fans will be able to try on the watches and pre-order April 10 onwards.
"I have been wanting to do this since I was five years old," Tim Cook said at the launch. He also laid out other product successes and launched a new MacBook notebook computer that starts at $1,299 and weighs as little as 2 pounds, according to a Reuters report.
The bad news is that you will have to wait until Apple decides to sell its newest product in India.
