Bollywood actor Salman Khan was proven guilty of all charges against him in the 2002 hit-and-run case by Judge DW Deshpande at a Mumbai Sessions court on Wednesday. The actor has been charged with culpable homicide and sentenced to 5 years of jail term under section 304(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
