Akshay Kumar is FINALLY going to reunite with veteran actor Paresh Rawal for the sequel of their much awaited and hilarious film Oh My God. The film conveyed a social message through interesting story line saw Akki as the God and Paresh as a common human being facing the basic issues that any middle class man has to go through. A leading daily state that although Akshay has been maintaining his silence regarding the sequel for a long time now, an industry insider has given out the details of the proceedings of the second installment of the film. “Akshay will start shooting for the sequel early next year. All the other details, including the script, are being worked upon,” said the source. He further added that Akki is really excited with the core idea of this film and that the former director Umesh Shukla will not helm the sequel. However in a previous interaction with the media, Umesh shared the details of the storyline this time saying, “It will be a different story altogether. It will be a story that will talk about religion and other issues. It will be a spicy film but an eye-opener. However, this will be a fresh film and not a continuation from OMG.”
